29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3): When work was to be performed near overhead lines, the lines were not deenergized and grounded, nor were other protective measures provided before work was started: a) On July 27, 2022, employees were not protected against contact with energized overhead power lines while operating a Manitex 30100 crane, during tree trimming operation. The overhead power lines consisted of primary lines having a voltage rating of 5 kV and secondary lines having a voltage rating of 120/240 volts. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
