Otis Street, Bldg. 100:  Visible water intrusion deterioration, such as, exterior/ interior wall systems, and physical evidence of water staining on ceiling tiles presented a combination of moisture and unsafe conductors' corrosion.  Employees were exposed to a potential fire hazards.
