29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairways or ladders were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided: a) Building 102: On or about 07/27/2022, drywall framing was removed to allow the transfer of materials and subcontractor employees access through an elevation of 24 inches without a ramp as a result exposed employees to a potential fall hazard. No abatement certification or documentation required.
