29 FR 1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. The employer was failing to protect employees from fall hazards while performing residential construction activities. This was most recently observed at 18748 Bedford Ave., Elkhorn, NE 68022 on August 1st, 2022, where the employer had employees working directly adjacent to an unprotected edge of a residential structure.
