On or about July 15, 2022, an employee was charged one (1) attendance point for reporting an injury/illness that resulted from a workplace fume event. b. On or about July 22, 2022, an employee was charged two (2) attendance points for reporting an injury/illness that resulted from a workplace fume event. c. On or about August 3, 2022, an employee was charged two (2) attendance points for reporting an injury/illness that resulted from a workplace fume event.
