29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): Inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill; a) Fort Eustis AIG construction site: On or around 8/2/22 and times prior thereto, the roofing crew and supervision were unable to demonstrate the retention of requisite understandings or skills necessary to recognize and address fall hazards, specifically in the form of: adequate inspection of the fall harness's condition, adequate wearing of a fall harness to ensure all straps are in the correct position and orientation, and knowledge on anchor points.
