29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: On or about August 2, 2022, employees performing duties such as but not limited to painting furniture parts with dry powder coating were required to wear 3M 5301 Half-Face Organic Vapor respirators throughout the duration of the working shift. The employer did not have a written respiratory protection program in place.
