29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point(s) of operation of machinery exposing employees to injury did not have guards that were in conformity with appropriate standards or designed and constructed to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): (a) At NVR Building Products, on or about 8/01/2022: Employees were permitted to perform a second cut/pass on 2"x12" boards on the MiTek Cyber Saw from an unguarded open area in front of the blades instead of operating the MiTek Cyber Saw from the operator station away from the hazardous area.
