29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. (a) Air Dynamics Industrial Systems - An employee was hospitalized as a result of having fingers crushed when caught between a roller and a crane on July 30, 2022, and the employer did not notify OSHA until August 2, 2022. No abatement certification or documentation required.
