29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2):An exit access must be at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points. Where there is only one exit access leading to an exit or exit discharge, the width of the exit and exit discharge must be at least equal to the width of the exit access. a) On or about November 9, 2022, the employer did not ensure lot employees at their work stations located on the Bulk line (Amazon line) at the end of the B aisles maintained 28 inches of clearance to the nearest emergency exit.

29 CFR 1910.176(b):Secure storage. Storage of material shall not create a hazard. Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse. a) On or about November 9, 2022, the employer did not ensure that when employees were working at their stations on the bulk line (Amazon line), the pallets of product around those stations were stacked, blocked, interlocked, and limited in height to ensure the pallet loads did not fall on employees due to the load being unstable. b) On or about November 22, 2022, the employer did not ensure that when employees were working at their stations on the bulk line (Amazon line), the pallets of product around those stations were stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height to ensure the pallet loads did not fall on employees due to the load being unstable.
