29 CFR 1910.1201(a):  Markings, labels and placards were not retained on packages of hazardous materials in accordance with the US Department of Transportation Hazardous Materials Regulations (49 CFR Parts 171 through 180), until the packaging was sufficiently cleared of residue and purged of vapors to remove any potential hazards:   On or about July 8, 2022, at the facility, 55-gallon drums had not been cleaned and the bung caps were still screwed into the lid.  The contents label had deteriorated and was no longer present on the drum.
