29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: (a) On August 3, 2022, the employer did not ensure the junction box attached to the NOR-TECH Auto Stand was provided with the appropriate cover or faceplate. The cover of the 120 volt junction box was hanging by the wires attached the faceplate outlet. This condition exposed employees to the hazard of electrical shock.
