29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: (a) On or about August 03, 2022 at or near 60 Eighth Street Southwest Dickinson in North Dakota, where employees were working on mobile scaffolding heights greater than ten feet to install electrical conduit were exposed to fall hazards where the entrance end of the platform did not have the mid-rail firmly secured prior to elevating employees in the scissor lift.
