29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) 800 Rockhill Dr. Bensalem, PA 19020, Storage Room: On or about August 4, 2022, floors in the rear storage room were cluttered with corrugate material, pallets, and U-boats creating tripping and slipping hazards and limiting the width of the aisle where employees work stocking and retrieving products. The Target Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1426505 , Citation number 1, Item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 30, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 79 Commerce Way Seekonk, MA 02771. The Target Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1384484, Citation number 1, Item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on April 22, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 310 DW Highway, Nashua, NH 03060.
