29 CFR  1910.213(a)(15):Combs (featherboards) or suitable jigs were not provided at the workplace for use when a standard guard could not be used, as in dadoing, grooving, jointing, moulding, and rabbeting:  a) On or about August 4, 2022, at the scenic workshop, when a Dado blade operation was being performed on the Delta Unisaw that required the standard guard to be removed, jigs/push sticks were available and not used in accordance with company policy, exposing the employee to amputation hazards
