1926.503(c)(3)    The employer did not retrain affected employees  who already had been trained but demonstrated inadequate  understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section:  a) Cocalico High School Denver PA - An employee was observed  on a scaffold platform,  11 feet 2 inches above floor level, installing light fixtures and leaning over edge handing materials down to floor,  without fall protection,  on or about August 4th, 2022,   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
