1926.503(c)(3) The employer did not retrain affected employees who already had been trained but demonstrated inadequate understanding and skill required by paragraph (a) of this section: (a) 810 South Forth Street Denver PA 17517 Cocalico High School - Employees worked on a flat roof of the school installing HVAC piping with no fall protection system, exposing employees to a fall of approximately 16-18 feet to grade, on or about August 4th, 2022. (b) 810 South Forth Street Denver PA 17517 Cocalico High School - Employees worked on a flat roof of the school installing the curb for the HVAC system with no fall protection exposing employees to a fall of approximately 16-18 feet to grade, on or about August 4th, 2022. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
