29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about 07/27/2022, on a golf course located at 7667 Victory Lane in Delray Beach, Florida, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet when trimming palm trees from the basket of an aerial lift while not wearing a safety harness with a lanyard attached to the anchor point provided in the basket of the lift.
