OSH ACT of 1970, Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to drowning hazards while operating a personal watercraft in an unsafe manner: a) 300 Camp Akiba Road, Reeders, PA: Employees operated a 2014 Sea-Doo personal watercraft to pull others on a tube around the camp lake and employees were unaware of the load capacity limits and other safety measured, exposing them to a drowning hazard, on or about July 7, 2022. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMNETATION REQUIRED
