29 CFR 1926.152(a)(1): Containers and portable tanks used for the storage and handling of flammable and combustible liquids were not approved: a) Lot 28 of the Lewes Crest Development in Lewes, DE 19958: On or about August 5, 2022, a fuel storage tank at the site containing flammable liquids was not DOT approved. This exposed employees to injuries due to flammable/combustible liquids.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: a) Lot 28 of the Lewes Crest Development in Lewes, DE 19958: On or about August 5, 2022, employees did not have a ladder that was long or tall enough for the employees to safely access the frame of a wall installation on the second floor of a new multi-unit home. They used a 6-foot step ladder in place for to step onto the top step and ladder to gain access to upper levels, exposing them to falls hazards.
