29 CFR 1910.213(h)(1): The sides of the lower exposed portion of the blade of radial saw(s) were not guarded to the full diameter of the blade by a device that automatically adjusted itself to the thickness of the stock and remained in contact with the stock being cut: JOB SITE: 17501 Doolittle Outer Road, Rolla, MO 63401, on or about 8/9/2022, workers were observed operating a Chop Saw, Model: CS200, S/N: 171CS200/03, the side of the lower exposed portion of the blade was not guarded to the full diameter of the blade. The blade was exposed to approximately 5 inches above the material being cut. The workers were exposed to an amputation hazard.
