Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: a. 14-15 Burma Road, Jersey City, NJ The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls. Employees engaged in construction activities on a roof surface at or near an unprotected edge without any means of fall protection, thereby employees were exposed to an approximate 18-ft. fall hazard.
