29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: (a) On or about 08/08/2022 - Freezer Area, forklift operators were exposed to struck-by hazards when ice had accumulated on the floor from a damaged air conditioner unit drip panel that had allowed some water to seep down at the corner to the entrance area of the aisleway.
