29 CFR  1926.1153(i)(1): The employer did not include respirable crystalline silica in the program established to comply with the hazard communication standard (HCS) (29 CFR 1910.1200):    a) At the jobsite located at 5359 E Hope St., Post Falls, ID, on 08-04-2022, the  controlling employer failed to ensure a subcontractor engaged in siding installation included fiber cement board containing crystalline silica in their hazard communication program.   Contractor employees were cutting fiber cement siding with a handheld circular saw, without an integrated water delivery or dust collection system.  A safety data sheet (SDS) was not available and worker training was not provided.
