29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. Taxco Drywall., at 740 W. Colfax Ave., Denver, CO 80204: On August 5, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that employees were observed conducting drywall operations at heights over 10 feet on a commercial building without the use of fall protection. The employees were exposed to fall hazards.
