On or about 8/9/23, employees operating and working adjacent to an isostatic press were exposed to hazards from a pressure relief device that vented into the machine, and not to a safe location away from occupied areas. Feasible and acceptable abatement methods to correct this hazard include, but are not limited to complying with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code of 1968, including but not limited to the corrective methods below:
