On the roof at a residence, located at 37524 W 1st Street, Hillard, FL 32046: On or about August 9, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed three roofing employees to hazards common to structural framing such as, but not limited to eye injuries, and fall and struck-by hazards, in that the employer did not initiate and maintain a safety and health programs as necessary for accident prevention to comply with this part, which addressed the following basic elements:  1.
