29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: Note: As of January 1, 1998, subpart M of this part (1926.502(d)) provides that body belts are not acceptable as part of a personal fall arrest system. The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated:  Commercial construction located at 1302 W. Walnut Avenue, Dalton, GA 30720, Front side: On or about 08/08/2022, the employer exposed employees to ejection/fall hazards at heights up to 25-feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall arrest system was not provided to the stucco installer applying a base stucco coat using the JLG 400S Aerial Lift.   MNB Construction, LLC  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1564758, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/28/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 7645 North Loop 1604 East, San Antonio, TX 78233.
