29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a. Storeroom - On or about August 9, 2022, The workstation aisleways were blocked by boxes and a cart with merchandise; boxes of merchandise next to exit door were stored haphazardly exposing employees to trip hazards, struck-by hazards and delayed exist in the event of an emergency. The Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1597674, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 21, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 35 Mulberry Commercial Park, Richmond Hill, GA 31324.
