29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1): The employer did not provide the required injury or illness descriptions on the Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses, OSHA Form 300: A. Argus Corporation, 3733 Stickney Ave., Toledo, Ohio 43608: On or about July 28, 2022, the employer failed to ensure that the OSHA Form 300 for calendar year 2022 contained a complete description in column F for multiple entries. The 2022 300 log did not define the substance that directly injured or made person ill.
