29 CFR  1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around:  (a) On or about 08/09/2022 - 9246 Havenridge Loop, Tuscaloosa, AL, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet while working near a stairway opening in the floor on the second level without the use of fall protection, such as a guardrails.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   (a) On or about 08/09/2022 - 9246 Havenridge Loop, Tuscaloosa, AL, an employee engaged in framing activities at the right side of the house was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 22feet, 6 inches to the ground below.  (b) On or about 08/09/2022 - 9246 Havenridge Loop, Tuscaloosa, AL, two employees engaged in framing activities near the front of the house were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 19 feet to the ground below.
