29 CFR 1910.213(r)(4): Suitable guard(s) were not provided to reduce to a minimum the hazard due to the point of operation of a Northtech Up-Cut Saw. Location - Romanow Packaging, LLC, 30 Porter Rd, Littleton, MA 01460 - Woodworking shop. Instance 1 - On or about 8/3/2022, machine guard on the Northtech Up-Cut saw was missing a piece of the guard, which allowed employees to stick their hands into the machine. Instance 2 - On or about 8/3/2022, the Northtech Up-Cut saw did not have a point of operation guard, which allowed employees to stick their hands into the machine and have contact with the blade.
