29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    On or about August 5, 2022,  employees performing roofing operations on a multi-story residential building were not protected from falls greater than 6 feet to a lower level.  Esmith Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1348878 Citation Number 1, Item Number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 31, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 6012 Red Oak Trail, McFarland, WI 53558.  Esmith Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1391523, Citation Number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 19, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 6121 Driscoll Street, Madison, WI 53718.  Esmith Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1468752, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 14, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at Sugar Maple Lane, Site 12, Verona, WI 53593.
