29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s)   a)  Throughout the jobsite: on or about 08-01-2022, the employer did not ensure that  a copy of the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) of every hazardous chemical stored or used in the workplace was readily available to all employees when they were in work areas.  Employees could  immediately access the required information in contained in SDS, such as the selection of appropriate control methods and protective equipment and  in case of an emergency, the first-aid treatment.  Chemicals included but were not limited to: Sherwin-Williams A-100 Acrylic Latex Paint, Hilti CF 812 Window & Door Pro, and Hilti CFR 1 Cleaner.  Chemical hazards included compressed flammable gas, skin corrosion/irritation, eye damage/eye irritation.
