29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): The employer did not ensure exit routes were free and unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. On or about August 10, 2022, the employer did not ensure that the exit routes were free from obstruction. There were pallets with materials in front of the fire exit, creating an unclear route for exit. There was also a hose at the base of the door. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
