29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) On or about August 10, 2022, employee performing framing activities and standing on an exterior wall top plate on a residential construction housing project was exposed to fall hazard of approximately 11 and a half (11'6") feet to the ground below.
