29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: a) 6030 Stetson Hills Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80922: On or about August 9,2022, the employer, Kroger dba: King Soopers Store #98, did not ensure employees were safe from electrical hazards in that there was no space maintained for maintenance workers to conduct safe operations on electrical equipment in the back storage area of the store. The identified space was being used for storage and did not allow access to electrical equipment. The Kroger Co., dba King Soopers, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.303 (g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1408024, citation number 1, item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on 8-22-2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1212 Lafayette Ave, Moundsville, WV 26041.
