29 CFR 1910.145(e)(2): The wording of a sign did contain sufficient information to be easily understood: a.) J.M. Smucker LLC; roaster room - On or about 8/10/22, and at times prior thereto, the signage for an explosion relief vent simply stated "Warning Explosion Vent." The signage was inadequate in that it did not provide information about the hazards associated with relief vent and the precautions to be taken. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
