29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(C):Employees whose work operations were in an area where energy control procedures were utilized were not instructed about the procedure: On August 10, 2022, the employer failed to fully document its training of employees on the B Line stamping press with regard to the Safe Access procedures and the limitation of those Safe Access functions to routine, repetitive, and integral tasks that are performed only while protected by equally effective alternative means of protection.
