29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i):The employer shall ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l). a) On or about August 10, 2022, the employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator was competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely in that the operator had not been trained to utilize powered industrial vehicles such as but not limited to 6k-7k 42' telehandler forklift (JCB model #: 507-42 serial #: JCB5CE7GJK2911182).
