29 CFR 1926.552(a)(1):The employer did not comply with manufacturer's specifications and limitations applicable to the operation of all hoists and elevators: Location: 1 Mill Street Tilton, NH - Roof On or about August 11, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees followed the manufacturers specifications and limitations while using the RGC material hoist lift. Employees were using the hoist lift as a ladder to access the south portion of the east roof, ignoring the manufacturers sticker stating "Do Not Climb" which was in plain view on the hoist lift.
