29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1): Within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, the employer must certify to OSHA (the Agency) that each cited violation has been abated, except as provided in paragraph (c)(2) of this section.  As of November 29, 2022, the employer had not certified to OSHA within 10 calendar days that abatement was completed for the violation Citation 1 Item 1a and Citation 1 Item 1b from Inspection number 1614329, issued on November 29,2022 with a final order date of December 28, 2022.

29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer must submit to the Agency, along with the information on abatement certification required by paragraph (c)(3) of this section, documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  As of February 22, 2023, the employer had not submitted to the Agency documents that abatement had been completed for any serious violations indicated by the Agency included in Citation 1 Item 1a and Citation 1 Item 2 from inspection 1614929, issued November 29, 2022, with a final order date of December 28, 2022.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  52 Worthington Rd., Huntington, MA: On or about August 12, 2022, 2 employees were observed working on a residential structure engaged in roofing activities with unprotected sides and edges greater than 22 feet above the next lower level  and were not protected by either guard rails, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems exposing them to fall from height hazards.  Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19 (d) (1).
