29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles.  a-14-22 Heartstone Court, Upper Saddle River NJ 07458: An employee engaged in sheathing activities on a 6 on 12 pitch roof using a pneumatic nail gun was exposed to  eye loss/eye injury due to struck by hazards as a means of eye protection had not been utilized. Condition observed on or about 08/12/2022  JE & Son Construction LLC was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1512776, Citation # 01, Item # 02, issued on 07/16/2021 with respect to a workplace located at #379 Knickerbocker Ave, Paterson NJ 07503. The Citation was issued on 07/21/2021 became a final order on 08/20/21
