29 CFR  1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards:  a) On or about 8/4/2022, at the parking lot entrance area of the site, Geneseo, NY.  Employees, who were working on an area of patch pavement of approximately 20 feet by 30 feet that was partially encroached into north bound of Rochester Road, had flaggers and cones set up for the work zone. The employer did not provide advance warning to road users that road work is taking place or what actions the road user must take to drive through the work zone, thereby exposing employees in the work zone to struck-by hazards.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
