Employees were exposed to a cave-in hazards while working in the trench that was not fully protected and the shoring system being used was not installed in a manner consistent with the manufacturer's tabulated data.  JM Daugherty Industries, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.651(k)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1522776, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 4/26/21, with respect to a workplace located at 404 Union Street, Pittsburgh, PA  15205.
