29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iv): The employer did not certify that employee training for the energy control program had been accomplished: (a) Facility at 280 Great Island Road in Narragansett, RI: On or about July 22, 2022, the employer did not certify that employee lock out / tag out training had been accomplished for employees exposed to hazardous energy and amputation/crushed-by injuries while employees worked inside and/or around the ice bin of the Semco Ice Plant (Semco Model SC 9910 Portable "Ice Plant").
