29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) 6913 Hidden Cove Ct, Castle Pines, CO 80108: On or about August 13, 2022, and at times prior, two workers were exposed to fall hazards while conducting framing activities, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place. The employees were framing the roof that was greater than 6 feet from the ground without fall protection.  b) 6953 Hidden Cove Ct, Castle Pines, CO 80108:  On or about August 13, 2022, and at times prior, a worker was exposed to fall hazards while conducting framing activities, without the benefit of fall protection systems being in place. The employee was framing the roof that was greater than 6 feet from the ground without fall protection.  Jose Felix Nieto Blas dba Felix J.B. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1591530, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/09/22, with respect to a workplace located at 27589 E. Ontario Dr., Aurora, CO 80016.
