29 CFR  1926.56(a): While work was in progress, construction areas, ramps, runways, corridors, offices, shops or storage areas were not lighted to the minimum illumination intensities as listed in Table D-3 of 29 CFR 1926.56:   a) Interior Stairway to 1st Floor - Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet while accessing the 1st floor framing deck utilizing a concrete stairway without any illumination, on or about 08/10/22.  b) Interior Stairway to 1st Floor - Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet while accessing the 1st floor framing deck utilizing a concrete stairway without any illumination, on or about 08/13/22.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  a) Exterior of Building - Roof: Employees without any means of fall protection were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 60 feet, while engaged in framing activities, on or about 8/10/22.  b) Exterior of Building - Roof: Employees without any means of fall protection were exposed to fall hazards  of approximately 60 feet, while engaged in framing activities, on or about 8/13/22.
