29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation: Workers were exposed to struck-by hazards at a worksite at 6407 E 163rd Street, Belton, MO 64012. This was last demonstrated on or about August 9, 2022, when employees were permitted to operate pneumatic nail guns at 70 to 120 psi without wearing impact-resistant eye protection while framing a residential building.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system, nor were an employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Workers were exposed to fall hazards at a worksite at 6407 E 163rd Street, Belton, MO 64012. This was last demonstrated on or about August 9, 2022, when workers were engaged in framing activities. Workers framing and applying decking to building #1 were exposed to fall hazards approximately 30 feet from the edge of a balcony to the ground below. No guard rails, safety net system(s), or personal fall arrest system(s) were utilized to prevent falls.
