29 CFR 1910.176(a):Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made: a) On or about August 16, 2022 employees working in the General Assembly area were exposed to struck-by hazards from Powered Industrial Vehicles and other motorized vehicles due to material stored in the marked pedestrian aisles. b) On or about August 16, 2022 employees working in the Battery Department were exposed to struck-by hazards from Powered Industrial Vehicles and other motorized vehicles due to material stored in the marked pedestrian aisles. c) On or about August 16, 2022 employees working in the CMA Rack area were exposed to struck-by hazards from Powered Industrial Vehicles and other motorized vehicles due to material stored in the marked pedestrian aisles.
